Q: Why would we buy through Enfigo instead of our current suppliers?
A: We take care of the entire production process for a very small project fee (3-5%), which is very likely still less expensive than your current suppliers. You don’t have to deal with multiple vendors for one specific job. We also offer excellent customer service with a dedicated Enfigo Account Manager.
Q: Can we deal directly with Enfigo suppliers?
A: No. We are not a bid matching service. We manage the entire process for you. We will disclose the suppliers if requested, upon confirmation of an order. You are welcome to participate in a press approval.
Q: Who else will have access to Enfigo?
A: Print Buyers. They will have a different mark-up structure (commercial prices).
Q: How will we trust that you will not pursue our accounts?
A: The trade is our primary market for this program. Your accounts are 100% protected, and we are willing to sign an agreement to that effect. We do not have traditional salespeople on our staff (inside sales and CSR only).
Q: How do we know that Enfigo prices are competitive with my current trade suppliers?
A: We spent 3 years researching the Industry and negotiating prices on every available piece of equipment. Enfigo prices are also based on full optimization of over 60 presses (and counting) on our system. We recommend that you compare our prices during your 30-day trial with some of your previous orders. You will find that our prices are better in many cases, which translates into more money in your pocket and increased sales.
Q: Do you have all the equipment in the industry?
A: No. We have the most critical pieces of equipment in the production process, coupled with access to equipment throughout North America. The landscape of the industry has changed drastically over the years because of the explosion of new technology. Every printing company outsources work today and that trend will continue to grow. Today, knowledge base is far more important than equipment base.
Q: Why should I pay for quotes if I currently receive this service for free from my suppliers?
A: Enfigo does much more than provide you with a quote. It takes care of the entire quoting process for you including, instantly considering ALL printing methods available, and providing you with efficiently established trade prices. It is like having a super full time estimator on staff for a fraction of the price.
Q: What sets Enfigo apart from other online quoting systems?
A: All other systems are tied to one trade supplier whom you may not want to deal with. They also offer limited options because their prices are based on their equipment only, which represents a fraction of what is available in the industry. What happens if you have a web job and they only have sheetfed presses? Or if you need to foil stamp and they don’t offer that service? Enfigo is by far the most comprehensive system on the market. Other systems are also very technical and cumbersome. Lastly, Enfigo managers review every quote to make sure they are completed correctly and will suggest more efficient options (if available). Q: Do I need to be a printing expert to use the system?
A: No. Enfigo is a very user-friendly program. Our interface includes a relevant glossary of terms (including production tips), very simple entering guidelines, and diagrams where applicable. You can also contact your assigned Enfigo Account Manager for live help.
Q: What is the competitive advantage if everyone has access to the system?
A: The earlier you subscribe, the greater the competitive advantage since you will be a step ahead of your competition. Whoever doesn’t subscribe will be at a disadvantage. This type of service will soon be the standard throughout the industry.
Q: What is the Enfigo mark-up?
A: We do not mark up our prices. There is a small project fee in the brackets beside the price that is applicable only if you award us the project. Minimum $50 fee for any orders under $1,000; 5% fee $1,001 - $5,000; 4% fee $5,001 - $10,000; and a 3% fee for $10,001+ .
Q: Are Enfigo prices competitive for all types of jobs?
A: The system can definitely handle all types of requests, but it is most suitable for orders of $500 and up. Anything under $1000 has a minimum $50 project fee. We also have a minimum order charge of $250.
Q: We still have to get other quotes, so are we really saving time?
A: Once you are comfortable with our prices, after comparing previous and current quotes, you will no longer need to get other quotes. The system does the due diligence for you since it considers every piece of equipment in the industry. It is only worth getting other quotes when you are awarded the job if you prefer to deal with your current suppliers (who will match our prices in most cases).
Q: Do I have to enter the quotes myself?
A: No. If you are not comfortable generating some or all of your own quotes, you can contact your Account Manager to provide this service for you. You will still benefit from instant quotes through them.
Q: Do you have equipment in all markets?
A: The majority of our equipment base is currently in Southern Ontario, although we are expanding throughout North America very rapidly. We anticipate having suppliers in every major market in the very near future. Although, our prices (including shipping) are typically less expensive than what you are currently paying.
