A: Yes. You can use our service for estimating only, as there is no obligation to order through us, although you may not find a supplier that can match our super efficient prices.
Q: Does Enfigo have all the equipment in the industry?
A: No. We have the most critical pieces of equipment in the production process, coupled with access to equipment throughout North America. The landscape of the industry has changed drastically over the years because of the explosion of new technology. Every printing company outsources work today and that trend will continue to grow. Today, knowledge base is far more important than equipment base.
Q: Why would I want to do my own quotes if I currently receive this service from my suppliers?
A: You don't do your own quotes with Enfigo. You simply submit your specs and Enfigo does everything else for you, including instantly considering all equipment options and knowledge to provide you with a quote in seconds. Your current suppliers typically need days. Instant online quoting is where the industry is heading.
Q: What sets Enfigo apart from other online quoting systems?
A: A few other websites provide instant quotes, but they offer very limited options, are based on a fraction of the available equipment and often sacrifice personal service. Enfigo is the most comprehensive system on the market and the only one to do the outsourcing for you, instantly!
Q: Can I still use the service if I don’t know much about printing?
A: Yes. Enfigo is a very user-friendly program. Our Interface includes a glossary of terms (including production tips), very simple entering guidelines and diagrams where applicable. You can also contact your Enfigo Account Manager for live help and/or a phone quote.
Q: Do I have to enter the quotes myself?
A: No. If you are not comfortable generating some or all of your own quotes, you can contact your Enfigo Account Manager to provide this service for you, and enjoy all of the same benefits.
Q: How many employees do you have?
A: Our team is made up of a few hundred professionals. They cover every facet of the industry.
Q: We still have to get other quotes, so are we really saving time?
A: Once you are comfortable with our prices (after comparing previous and current quotes) you will no longer need to get other quotes. The system does the due diligence for you since it considers every piece of equipment in the industry. If you must get more than one quote, you can use enfigo for a quick price check to keep your suppliers honest and ensure than you are purchasing as efficiently as possible.
